The
Cargill Learning Center Project was an expansion of the
existing education facility. The expansion was required
because of the zoo’s emphasis on education and
the need to accommodate the more than 50,000 students
that visit the Zoo annually.
This project won an award of Excellence and the Judges Choice Aware for Best Project in the State for AGC of Kansas in 2007.
